BFCHS Class of ’79 35th School Reunion Itinerary

AUG 1-3 2014 

Aug 1st- Friday at 7 pm: 
Registration/Wiener Roast : At the Group Camping Valley Centre. 

Aug 2nd- Saturday at 6:30 pm: 
Supper/Social (with cash bar)at the”FORT” at Valley Centre. Please feel free to take in the 
Mids summers arts festival at the “FORT” in the afternoon or if you are interested in some golfing please call Bryan A. at Echo Ridge 306-332-4653 to book. 

Aug 3rd- Sunday at 1030 am: 
Farewell Brunch/games at the “FORT” 

REGISTRATION COST: 

There will be a $30.00 Registration fee per classmate only. 
Catered meals are charged per person. 
Supper $27.00 per person: Pro BBQ 
Brunch $14.00 per person: Lorraine’s Kitchen 
Please RSVP with registration information. 
RSVP DATE is JULY 1 st 

We will try to arrange to hold some spots in the group camping for the three nights only AUG 1st, 2nd and 3rd. (If you require more nights, it will be your own responsibility to arrange). It will also be the campers responsibility to pay the campground attendants on arrival. We will confirm the camping in the spring, since the reservation rules can change with the campground. However we would like to know with your registration if you want a spot for those three nights.

Please see example below for registering and payment. Please indicate which meals you will be attending. Registration and payment must be in by the RSVP date. These are Catered meals so they must be confirmed with a number by that date. So if you have not pre-paid you will not be able to attend the meals. NO EXCEPTIONS. 

Example: 
SHELLEY COCHRANE – REGISTRATION x 1 = $30.00 Shelley & Neil Cochrane – Supper $27.00 x 2 = $54.00 
Shelley& Neil Cochrane – Brunch $ 14.00 x 2 = $28.00 
Total = $112.00 
Yes we will be camping all three nights. I will also be paying by E-mail.

Our New Coordinator for 40th Reunion

2019 Coordination will be lead by Cindy Sobering(Effa) with part of the committee being lead by Glen Faubert and Cynthia Williams. Thank you so much. Whether we can pull off a resort or house boats on the Shuswaps, or whether it is held in the actual “Fort”, we will all look forward to hearing from you in the future. See you all in 2019!
